Events Working Group
Co-Leads: Vincanne Adams
The events working group is responsible for leading and coordinating the project’s public event program for each academic quarter, including campus forums with invited speakers, student reflections, and action galleries.
Curriculum Working Group
Co-Leads: Jay Zussman and Helene Miles
Curriculum working group is responsible for the curation of materials in order to create resources of study for those interested in the subjects of interest for The REPAIR Project. It will also be a liaison to curricular bodies within the institution - School of Medicine, School of Nursing, School of Dentistry, Graduate Division, and School of Pharmacy.
Research Working Group
Co-Leads: Bri Matusovsky, Lorraine Pereira, and Kelly Knight
This group is also responsible for developing the Research Mentorship Program (in close liaison with the curriculum working group) and will work to identify mentors and project opportunities for senior graduate, medical students or post-bac students who are committed to rectifying racial injustices.
Community Outreach Working Group
Co-Leads: Aimee Medeiros
The community outreach working group will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strategic partnerships with various stakeholders at UCSF and within the broader community. It will work to create and implement short and long-term strategies that enhance and support the work of the REPAIR Project and other UCSF anti-racism/oppression initiatives.
